If you are considering organizing a Cooperative Weed Management Area, you may find these documents helpful. 2011 Project Proposal Form
Project proposal forms are due by March 1 for the 2011 field season.
NCWMA brochure

2007 Annual Operating Plan

Management Plan
Detailed 15-page document that outlines the background, goals, objectives, and partners of the NCWMA.
Positions
Lists positions, such as Chair and Secretary, and committees along with their respective roles.
MOU
Document to legally formalize the partnership among NCWMA member agencies and organizations (required for most federal agencies).
Hold Harmless Agreement
Release form for volunteers and other program participants.
